I was talking to Adrian Wilford yesterday and he sent me over some photos of floors off his hives. ( he was putting clean floors on them instead of scraping them out)
He says that this is one of the wettest winters he can remember in a long time.
As you can see the floor is mouldy and damp, and as you know bees do not do well in damp conditions.
